The SX-100F automatic spring bed core production line is the latest development of our company. It is used to produce double cone spring bed cores. It can directly produce spring bed cores from steel wire at one time. It can independently complete spring winding, shaping, heat treatment, forward and reverse direction, arrangement and positioning, spring stringing and other functions, and directly produce non-knotted spring bed core from steel wire; the machine adopts bus servo system, and the control method is more digital and intelligent .

The advantages are as follows:
