Product Description  

Cornell mattress testing machine is suitable for Innerspring, Box spring mattress and Foam mattress. Cornell mattress testing machine is used to test the long-term ability of bedding to resist cyclic load. The Cornell mattress testing machine consists of a double hemispherical impact head on a manual adjustment shaft. The force sensor is located on the indenter to measure the force applied to the mattress. The shaft is connected to an adjustable eccentric, which can be rotated by a motor at a variable speed of up to 160 cycles per minute.

Technical characteristics

1. Apply pressure to the mattress through the transducer, the pressure range is up to 300KG

2. Adjust the stroke of the push rod on the mattress, maximum force = 1025N minimum force = 22N

3. The moving speed of the putter is adjustable, about 160 cycles per minute
